1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Nabd Tuwaiq Studios website and booking a space, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking is considered a preliminary request until confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking if the space is unavailable or for any operational reason, notifying the customer as soon as possible.

3. Pricing and payment

All displayed prices are in Saudi Riyals and include 15% VAT. The payment method is confirmed after the booking is confirmed, and a deposit may be required to hold the day.

4. Responsible use

The customer agrees to use the studio and equipment responsibly and is liable for any damage resulting from misuse. The space may not be used for any purpose that violates the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Punctuality

Bookings are a full day. Please arrive as agreed with the team so the production day stays intact for everyone.

6. Intellectual property

All content produced by the customer during the session belongs to them. The Nabd Tuwaiq brand and platform designs are our exclusive property and may not be used without permission.
