Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge at least 24 hours before the session, and any amount paid will be fully refunded.
2. Late cancellation
For cancellations less than 24 hours before the slot, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value may apply, or the deposit may be retained as a cancellation fee.
3. No-show
In case of a no-show without prior notice, the full booking amount is charged and the deposit is non-refundable.
4. Modifying a booking
You can request to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability and at no extra charge.
5. Cancellation by us
If we must cancel a booking for operational reasons, we will offer you an alternative slot or fully refund the amount paid.
